- Late check-out fee per hour $15.00 and $20.00 upstairs apartment, and it is subject to availability. Please request it in writing a day in advance.
- A $150 damage security deposit will be collected on the day of your check-in, this will be fully refunded if no damages occur.
RESERVATION POLICY
Guarantee Policy
Your room will be held until 7:00 AM the morning following your scheduled arrival date. If you do not arrive and do not cancel your reservation by the cancellation deadline, your credit card will be charged the total of the reservation.
PARKING POLICY
- Parking is offered only to guests who are currently checked in. It is not
transferable to acquaintances, family, or friends. - Free parking for one car per room. An extra parking space upon
availability with a $30.00 fee per time or night. - Please display the parking permit provided by the hotel to avoid the
vehicle towed away at owner’s expense. - Parking only in the space assigned on the parking permit.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel anytime.
- We do not overbook.
- Late departures may be requested (noon the latest). Please ask for more information when booking your reservation, or upon arrival.

SMOKING
- Smoking, and, or vaporing, is not permitted in the rooms, common areas, and parking spaces.
- We are a smoke-free facility.
- Violators will be charged a $500.00 cleaning fee.
GENERAL USE
- Facilities are for registered guests only.
- Our Inn is well-known to be a quiet and clean place where our guests can relax comfortably. Parties or loud music in the garden area are not allowed. Violators will be charged a $200 cleaning fee.
- Only service animals under title II and III of the ADA are permitted at The Desoto Inn (Documentation is required). Emotional Support animals are not permitted.
- Please use the outdoor shower located at the east end of the
garden to remove the sand and keep the indoor shower drain in
optimal conditions. - Adults – 12 years of age or older.
- Children – Under 12 years of age
ROOMS
- Each additional guest staying in the two guests studio apartment
will be charged a $30 fee per night. - Please turn off the A/C unit if you prefer the windows and/or the
door open.
